Mulena is a brand offering intentionally crafted pieces for women. We operate from Nigeria, with fulfillment and delivery to various international regions.


2. Orders

    •    Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email receipt.
    •    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Your payment will be reversed. (e.g. for pricing errors or stock issues).


3. Pricing & Currency

    •    Prices are displayed in the currency of your selected market (GBP, USD, NGN).
    •    You are responsible for any international customs duties or import taxes.

 

4. Payments

We accept secure payments via Paystack, Stripe, and other trusted payment gateways. All card information is encrypted and processed securely.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

    •    Orders are shipped from Lagos, Nigeria. Occassionally, orders may be shipped from the UK.
    •    Delivery timelines vary based on destination. Estimated timelines:
    •    Nigeria: 2–5 working days
    •    UK & US: 5–7 working days
    •    We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier issues.


6. Returns & Exchanges

    •    We currently do not accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
    •    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours at info@mulenaofficial.com.
    •    All items must be returned unworn, in original condition and packaging.


7. Product Care & Sizing

    •    Detailed sizing information is provided on each product page.
    •    Please review sizing before placing your order. If unsure, contact us for help.
    •    Fabric care instructions are provided on the product page to preserve quality. We are not liable for damage caused by improper care.


8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (including designs, images, logos, and text) is the intellectual property of Mulena. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
